plans

i cannot believe how quickly times flies. i've begun to measure my time in books and classes. this week, i read four books (me talk pretty one day, a tree grows in brooklyn, inside of a dog, and holy cow), and had three classes of ultimate soccer. i also interviewed for a company that two of my friends work for. these interviews are always my least favorite, because while i had a slight edge with their recommendations, i also knew that if i didn't get the job they'd both know why. well, the hours for the job training conflict with the class i'm teaching, and so they offered me a position in june when my kids are all culminated, big 9th graders. phew. relieved, but still disappointed i returned home to a fat envelope in my mailbox. i ripped it open and found an acceptance letter (yay!), with a personal aside from the director. plans are being considered, and made by the number of classes i teach, the weekends i work, and the books i'm reading at the time.
