wow, up early and blogging. hello, weekend.
last night was fun, and i met lots of amazing and incredibly accomplished people from my cohort. it was very nice to enjoy santa monica with people who know it inside and out.
but the real reason i'm here is i realize i didn't share how above and beyond my housemates went for my birthday. i woke up and as i open my eyes to take the dogs out, i notice an awesome sign taped on the door. they're all a play on the picture posted, but matty had posted these all over the apartment so i'd find the notes randomly. it was so awesome!! so when i finally do make it out of my bedroom, there are a bunch of purple balloons in the living room tied to 2 sixers of cider, and a card. the back of the card says to look in the fridge for a special breakfast- nic had bought me eclairs! not to mention my sister spent the entire day with me, and the new macbook air her and my mom got me for school. oh yeah! and tutti took his very first day off work in ... idk, years, to spend the day with me. it was full of love and happiness and awesome gifts. i am so lucky.
